If you have seen the anime or read the manga, then I guess the next that you must be looking for is Live Action drama or film. Many manga fans including myself are not totally looking forward to this kind of adaptation because it mostly stray from the original plot but still, there are a lot of adaptations that I truly liked and even became fan of it or just can't help but try it as well. After all, who wouldn't want to see their favorite characters in flesh.
But for better enjoyment, I suggest you watch the movie or drama series first before reading the manga even if it might spoil you or wait until the memory of it becomes slightly clouded.
Remember to buy DVDs or see the movie if it will be screened in you country with subs.
This is the first part of the list (1-10) because it's hard to edit a long post (^^). Part 2 is coming up soon. This isn't arranged based on my preferences but the first three are among the popular adaptation up to today.

It is published by Shueisha and Viz Media in English. The series has 37 volumes. Who doesn't know F4?
It is one of the most popular series that has been adapted into different languages. Does Matsumoto Jun ring a bell? No? Jerry Yan? Lee Min Ho? If you’re a diehard of fan of shoujo, I guess you must have watched these three. I’m sure each series has their own charm and I bet you still enjoyed it given the same and different scenarios. So, what’s your favorite among them?
Taiwanese: Meteor Garden (2001) starring Barbie Hzu, Jerry Yan, Vic Zhou, Vanness Wu and Ken Chu. It has a sequel in 2002.

Hanazakari no Kimitachi e is published Hakusensha and by Viz Media in English. It has 23 volumes. This is one of my favorites, the Japanese version. I haven’t seen the Korean drama and even though the Taiwanese was also quite good but the Japanese version captured my heart. It was funnier and tearjerker yet happy ending. I’m pretty much biased since I loved Horikita Maki. Let’s not forget Ikuta Toma and Oguri Shun!

3. Itazaru na Kiss by Tada Kaoru
This series is published by Shueisha through Margaret Comics. Tada Kaoru died in 199, leaving the series unfinished. It has 23 volumes. If you haven’t seen Hana Yori Dango or Hana Kimi, then you must have seen this. This is one of the classics that have different versions too. For now, my favorite is the Taiwanese version but I haven’t seen the Japanese (1996) or the Korean drama.
Taiwanese: It Started with a Kiss (2005) starring Ariel Lin and Joe Cheng. It has a sequel entitled They Kiss Again.

Hachimistu to Kuroba is published by Shueisha but it was serialized before in Cuteicomic. The series is under Josei I can remember the anime clearly and I'm pretty sure I watched the Japanese TV drama where Ikuta Toma was Takemoto but I couldn't quite remember how it ended. In terms of manga and anime, this is one that makes me nostalgic and makes my heart aches.
The story was set in an art college. Several students, namely the three male protagonist, live in the same apartment complex. The whole plot revolves around five students. Unrequited love and finding yourself are some of the themes of this series.
It has a live action film starring Sakurai Sho, Yuu Ari, Iseya Yuusuke, Kase Ryou and Seki Megumi in 2007 and a TV Drama (Fuji TV) starring Ikuta Toma, Narumi Riko, Narimiya Hiroki, Mukai Osamu and Harada Natsuki in 2008. There's also a Taiwanese TV drama in 2008.
5. Bokura ga Ita (We Were There) by Obata Yuki
Yano in real life? Who doesn't want that especially if it's Ikuta Toma? The series that has been serialized in Betsucomi and been published in English by Viz Media.
The movie was released in 2012, March and April, for part 1 and 2 respectively starring Ikuta Toma and Yoshitaka Yuriko.
Unlike the anime, the story continues to the part where they grew up, graduated and started working. I've seen the second movie in Red though I haven't seen the first movie. You would be able to the ending that you didn't see in anime if you haven't read the manga yet.
6. L-DK by Watanabe Aya
The movie was released in 2014 starring Yamazaki Kento and Goriki Ayame.
I stopped following J-actors after getting into college so I'm not as familiar as before with the new actors. I was more fan of the Ikuta Toma, Matsumoto Jun, Oguri Shun, Kamenashi Kazuya, Yamashita Tomohisa, Miura Haruma, Sato Takeru and the likes. But don't worry, Yamazaki Kento would make you swoon too even if his character is a jerk.
The movie doesn't tell the whole story since the manga is still on-going with 19 volumes at the moment.
7. Koizora by Haneda Ibuki (The Novel was written by Mika)
It started with a cell phone novel and was published in print in 2006. The adaptation to manga began in 2007. It is published by Futabasha and is under the demographic Seinen. For me, it was in Josei. The series isn't published in English and I hadn't read the total 8 volumes.
This story has been popular and I only got to see the ending in the movie if it closely followed the manga. The movie was released in 2007 starring Miura Haruma and Aragaki Yui. (A blonde Miura Haruma! I wouldn't miss it)
It has also been adapted to a 6 episodes TV drama by TBS starring Seto Koji and Mizusawa Erena (the poster in the right).
Just be warned that this is under Tragedy.
8. Chihayafuru by Suetsugu Yuki
This series has also an anime with 2 seasons and one of my favorites. It is serialized in Be Love and published by Kodandsha. There's isn't a English publication as far as I know. It has 30 volumes as of the moment.
The two part live-action film will be released in Japan in March and April 2016 starring Hirose Suzu, Nomura Shuuhei and Mackenyu.
As a fan of the manga and anime, I'm not as excited but I'm also looking forward to it. The karuta matches in live would be something. I also hope that Hirose Suzu would be to portray Chihaya properly. The series is under Josei.

9. Kin Kyori Renai (Close Range Love) by Mikimoto Rin
It is published by Kondasha and serialized in Bessatsu Friend. The series has 10 volumes. It isn't published in English and hasn't been fully scanlated and translated.
The movie starring Yamashita Tomohisa (Yamapi) and Komatsu Nana was released in 2014. It was also adapted in a television drama of NTV in 2014 starring Abe Aran and Ishabashi Anna. Yamapi also appeared as the 27 year old teacher.
It is a teacher-student relationship type of story. I wouldn't watch it if it weren't for Yamapi but it was quite good despite some boring scenes and I haven't seen the ending in manga. I might also watch the TV drama in the future. It looks promising.
10. Full House by Won Soo Yeon
It has 16 volumes and a sequel Full House 2. It is published in Central Media Park in English.
I wondered if I should include this or not but the TV drama series was adapted from this manga. The series has been popular in different countries and had made their own remake or adaptation in Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Turkey, Cambodia and China. South Korea has also released an unrelated sequel Full House Take 2. I have seen the two Korean version and Thailand. The original starring Bi Rain and Song Hye Kyo is one of my favorites but it didn't follow the manga closely. Nonetheless, it was good. Probably because I saw the TV drama series first before I read the manhwa.
